3. I joined a tournament but can no longer play. Can I get a refund?

All tournament registrations are considered final. As per our policy, refunds for entry fees are only issued if a tournament is officially cancelled by the RH Esports administration.

4. What should I do if my deposit hasn't been approved yet?

Please double-check that you have submitted the correct Transaction ID (TID). If it has been longer than 24-48 business hours, please create a support ticket on our Discord server or email us at help@royalhubesports.com with your username and transaction details.
