Introduction

This Refund and Withdrawal Policy ("Policy") governs the process, conditions, and limitations for withdrawing funds and receiving refunds on the Royal Hub Esports (“RH Esports”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) platform. This policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, and by using our Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our goal is to provide a transparent, fair, and secure financial environment for all our users. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Withdrawal Policy

This section covers the rules related to withdrawing R Coins from your RH Esports wallet and converting them into real currency.

1.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, a user must:

  • •Have a verified account in good standing, with no pending investigations or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • •Meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.
  • •Provide accurate and valid payout information (e.g., bank account details/IBAN).

1.2 Withdrawal Limits

To ensure smooth processing and platform stability, the following limits apply to all withdrawal requests:

  • •Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A user must have a minimum balance of 100 R Coins to request a withdrawal.
  • •Maximum Withdrawal Amount: A user can withdraw a maximum of 5,000 R Coins per single transaction.

1.3 Withdrawal Fees

A standard processing fee is applied to all withdrawal transactions to cover financial and administrative costs.

  • •Fee Structure: A flat fee of 10% will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount.
  • •Example: If a user requests to withdraw 100 R Coins, a fee of 10 R Coins (10% of 100) will be deducted. The user will receive the final payout equivalent to 90 R Coins in their bank account.

1.4 The Withdrawal Process

  • •Navigate to your R Wallet within the app and select the "Withdraw" option.
  • •Enter the amount of R Coins you wish to withdraw (must be between 100 and 5,000).
  • •Provide your accurate bank account details (IBAN) for the payout.
  • •Submit your withdrawal request. Our team will manually review it.
  • •Once approved, the funds will be transferred to your specified account within the standard processing time.

1.5 Processing Time

All withdrawal requests are processed manually by our team to ensure security. The standard processing time is 24-48 business hours after the request has been submitted and approved.

1.6 Reasons for Withdrawal Delay or Rejection

We reserve the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

  • •Incorrect Information: The user has provided incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched bank account details.
  • •Suspicious Activity: Our system detects unusual or suspicious activity on the account, prompting a security review.
  • •Violation of Terms: The user is under investigation for cheating, fraud, or any other violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • •System Issues: In rare cases of technical difficulties or issues with our payment partners.

If your request is rejected, you will be notified with the reason, and the R Coins will be returned to your R Wallet.

2. Refund Policy

This section explains the conditions under which refunds are issued.

2.1 Tournament Entry Fee Refunds

Refunds for tournament entry fees are provided under one condition only:

  • •Tournament Cancellation: If a tournament is cancelled by RH Esports for any reason (e.g., technical issues, insufficient participants), all registered users will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee. The refund will be credited directly to their R Wallet in R Coins.

Please Note:

  • •Once a user has joined a tournament, they cannot voluntarily leave or request a refund. All tournament registrations are final.

2.2 Deposited Funds

Funds deposited by a user into their R Wallet are considered final and non-refundable in cash.

  • •While you cannot get a direct refund for deposited money, any R Coins in your wallet (whether deposited, won, or received as a bonus) are withdrawable. You can cash out these deposited R Coins by submitting a standard withdrawal request, which will be subject to the withdrawal limits and fees mentioned in Section 1.

3. Forfeiture of Funds

3.1 Banned or Terminated Accounts

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, RH Esports has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, fraud, and rule violations.

  • •If a user's account is permanently banned for any violation, all R Coins and any pending winnings in the user’s R Wallet will be immediately forfeited.
  • •The user will not be eligible to receive any refund or withdraw any remaining balance. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
