1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RH Esports (“RH Esports”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide an online competitive gaming platform that allows users to participate in tournaments, earn rewards in the form of R Coins, and manage a personal wallet for deposits, withdrawals, and prize collections (the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). This document constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and RH Esports.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Rules

To use our Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • •Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
  • •Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account per email address.
  • •Device Limitation: To prevent fraudulent activities, only one account is allowed per device.
  • •Consequences of Violation: If any user is found operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or engaging in any fraudulent activity, all associated accounts will be permanently banned without prior notice. Any R Coins or pending winnings in such accounts will be forfeited.

3. User Accounts and Security

As a user, you are solely responsible for the security of your account.

  • •Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password and wallet details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • •Reporting Unauthorized Access: You agree to immediately notify RH Esports of any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breach related to your account. You can do this by contacting our support team.
  • •Our Security Measures: We are committed to protecting your data. All sensitive user information, such as your IBAN and other banking details provided for withdrawals, is securely encrypted and is never shared with any third party, except as required for processing financial transactions.

4. R Coins and Wallet System

Our platform operates on a virtual currency system using R Coins.

  • •Adding Funds: Users can deposit funds into their wallet by navigating to the “Add Funds” section.
  • •Payment Process: After selecting a package, you will be shown official bank account details where the corresponding payment must be sent.
  • •Transaction Verification: Once the payment is made, you must submit a funding request by providing the correct Transaction ID (TID) in the designated form.
  • •Approval Timeline: The RH Esports team will manually verify your transaction. This process typically takes 24–48 business hours.
  • •Successful Transactions: If the transaction is successful and the TID matches our records, the corresponding R Coins will be credited to your R Wallet.
  • •Rejected Transactions: A request will be rejected if the payment is not received or if the provided TID is invalid or incorrect. In such cases, you may resubmit a corrected request with the valid TID.

5. Tournament Participation

  • •Limited Slots: Each tournament has a limited number of slots. Registration will close automatically once all slots are filled.
  • •Team Creation: A user may create up to three teams per game, corresponding to different formats (e.g., Solo, Duo, and Squad), to manage their participation effectively.
  • •Manual Verification: To ensure fair play, our team manually verifies each user’s participation. This helps us detect and prevent fraud, use of multiple accounts, or other unfair practices.
  • •Result Announcement and Payout: Tournament results are manually verified by our team to ensure accuracy. Once winners are confirmed, their prize money (in R Coins) will be credited automatically to their R Wallet within 24–48 hours.

6. Tournament and Fair Play Rules

To maintain a fair, competitive, and respectful environment, all participants must strictly adhere to the following rules:

  • •Zero-Tolerance for Cheating: The use of hacks, cheats, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited.
  • •Authenticity of Results: Submitting fake screenshots or falsified match results is forbidden.
  • •Code of Conduct: Abusive language, threats, harassment, or any form of toxic behavior towards other players or our admins will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification.
  • •Event-Specific Rules: Players must read and follow all specific rules displayed on each tournament's event page.
  • •Consequences of Violation: Any violation of these rules may lead to immediate disqualification from the tournament, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban from the platform.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • •Platform-Cancelled Tournaments: If a tournament is cancelled by RH Esports for any reason, all registered users will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee, credited directly to their R Wallet in R Coins.
  • •No Voluntary Withdrawals: Once you have registered for a tournament, you cannot voluntarily leave or request a refund. All registrations are final.
  • •Refund Method: All refunds are processed exclusively through the user’s R Wallet in the form of R Coins. We do not offer cash refunds for entry fees.

8. Withdrawals and Payouts

  • •Requesting a Withdrawal: Users can request a withdrawal of their R Coins from their wallet to their linked bank account (IBAN).
  • •Processing Time: Payouts are processed manually and typically take 24–48 business hours after the request is approved.
  • •Delayed Payouts: If you do not receive your payout within this timeframe, please contact our support team by submitting a ticket on our Discord server or sending an email.
  • •Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals are only processed for verified accounts that have not violated any of our terms.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

RH Esports reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be:

  • •Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
  • •Violating tournament rules or the platform's Terms and Conditions.
  • •Abusing our support system or harassing our staff.
  • •Attempting to manipulate the wallet system, exploit bugs, or disrupt the Service.

If an account is banned, all other accounts associated with that user or device will also be permanently banned. The user will be prohibited from creating a new account.

10. Communication and Support

  • •Official Channels: Official communication and support from RH Esports are handled exclusively via Email and our Discord server.
  • •Getting Help: For any issues related to deposits, payouts, tournaments, or other queries, please submit a ticket on Discord or contact us via email.
  • •Response Time: Our support team aims to respond to all queries within 24–48 hours, though response times may vary based on the volume of requests.

11. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is paramount. We are committed to protecting your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • •All personal and financial data is encrypted and stored securely.
  • •We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or external entities.
  • •WhatsApp numbers, if provided voluntarily, are used solely for essential communication related to platform activities.

12. Limitation of Liability

RH Esports, its directors, and its employees will not be held liable for:

  • •Any network issues, server downtime, or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., internet providers, cloud hosts).
  • •Losses incurred due to user errors, such as submitting an incorrect TID, providing wrong IBAN details, or falling victim to unauthorized transactions due to password negligence.
  • •Any loss of data, access, or R Coins resulting from user negligence or violation of our policies.
  • •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

13. Modification of Terms

RH Esports reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notifications or email.

Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
